At the core of Surfas Consulting is founder Jodi Surfas.  An industry expert, Jodi has worked in interior design and project management roles throughout her 23 year career. Jodi received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Colorado State University and a Masters of Science in Construction Management from New York University, Schack Institute of Real Estate. She is a board member on the Aspen Historical Preservation Commission and is an avid architecture enthusiast.

 

Her professional experience has taken her all over the country, from her role as an Owners Representative at an international project and cost management firm in New York City to the Hospitality Development Manager for a private hospitality developer in Aspen, Colorado. In addition to her extensive work history, Jodi has traveled around the world and visited many countries. Her vast travel experience brings a distinct insight to each project.

Jodi currently resides in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. She can often be found skiing with her husband Jason, biking around town, hiking with her dog Traynor, or snapping photos of beautiful buildings and vistas seen on her world travels.
